What time is check-in / check-out?
Check-in is 16:00, check-out is 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out is possible if you consult us by the day before (additional fee: 5,000 yen per hour) — please ask us.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 30 days before arrival. 50% refund up to 7 days before arrival. No refund after that.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is free parking for 2 cars on the property. If you are coming with 3 or more cars, please contact us.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not permitted.
Can we host parties or events?
Please contact us in advance to discuss.
Can we use fireworks?
Fireworks are not permitted on the property.
Is smoking allowed?
The building is entirely non-smoking. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
How does check-in work?
Check-in is self-service (no staff on site). Detailed instructions are sent before your stay.
Is food provided?
No meals are provided, but we're happy to share information on nearby restaurants and shops.
Is there a vending machine nearby?
The nearest convenience store is about a 5-minute drive away. We recommend bringing snacks and drinks with you.
Can we change the number of guests after booking?
Please contact us as soon as possible if your group size changes.
Can non-staying guests visit the property?
Visitors who are not staying overnight will be charged the same as an overnight guest.
