Basic Information

Basic Rules

• Check-in: 16:00–21:00. Self check-in / check-out via a key box.
• No pets allowed.
• Parking for 2 vehicles (please contact us in advance for 3 or more).
• Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor smoking area — the building is entirely non-smoking.

Using the Property

1. No shoes indoors. Please remove shoes at the entrance and use slippers if needed.
2. The front door is not auto-locking — please lock it while you are inside, especially at night.
3. No smoking indoors; please use the outdoor smoking area.
4. Please wash any dishes, cups, and cookware you use.
5. Only the guests named on the reservation may stay; a different number or group of guests is not permitted.
6. Do not use open flames (heating, cooking, candles, etc.) other than the provided cooking equipment.
7. If we need to forward any items left behind, the shipping cost will be charged to the guest.
8. The property may not be used for business purposes (exhibitions, offices, etc.) other than lodging.
9. Loud parties are strictly prohibited. Please be considerate of neighbors, especially between 20:00 and 8:00.
10. No pets.
11. Please do not take home any interior items or supplies (including consumables such as toilet paper).
12. Please handle furniture, appliances, and bedding with care. If damage is covered by insurance, please always send photos when reporting it.
13. Do not move, alter, or modify the furniture, appliances, or fixtures.
14. Please sort trash into "burnable," "cans," "PET bottles," and "glass bottles" and dispose of it in the 1F kitchen bins. A disposal fee will apply for items that cannot be handled as regular trash (e.g., strollers, suitcases).
15. Do not force open or break any locked areas of the property.
16. Please sit when using the toilet, and do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
17. When going out, please lock all doors/windows and turn off appliances (A/C, TV, lights, etc.).
18. Stays by minors only are, in principle, not permitted.
19. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00, in principle.
20. The onsen is a limited natural resource — please turn off the water when not bathing (an additional fee applies for hot spring water use over 3,000L; see fee table below).
21. Both the outdoor open-air bath and the indoor bath can be used.
22. Please also follow the terms of the booking platform you used.
23. Any request for a late check-out must be made by the day before your stay ends.
24. Face and bath towels are provided per the number of guests booked; we cannot provide extra or replacement towels.
25. When going out or checking out, please lock the front door, place the key in the key box, and return it to its original position.
26. Bedding is provided only for the number of guests in the reservation.

Prohibited Items & Activities

Not permitted on the property:

• Pets or other animals
• Gunpowder, volatile oils, or other flammable/combustible materials
• Items that produce a strong odor
• Anything whose possession is prohibited by law

Prohibited activities:

• Using the onsen for anything other than bathing
• Fireworks, BBQ, or open campfires
• Opening windows marked as not to be opened
• Distributing advertising, selling goods, or soliciting without our permission
• Commercial photo/video shoots without our permission
• Smoking (including e-cigarettes) outside the designated smoking area
• Loud music or shouting

Additional Fees

About the Front Door Key

• Please always lock up when you leave the property during your stay.
• Please do not share the key box code with anyone other than the registered guests.

Changes to These Rules

• We may revise these rules at our discretion.
• These rules are governed by and interpreted under Japanese law.
